CAF African Player Award - Vincent Enyeama and Ahmed Musa make final list












The last five nominees for the year 2014 African Football of the Year award had
been announced by Confederation of African Football (CAF).

The list comprises of 25 players at the initial stage in which five among them has been shortlisted by CAF as at now. Only one player will be emerged as the winner and he (the winner) will be announced at the Glo-CAF Awards which will hold in Lagos on January 8, 2015.

The names of the last five players include: Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Gabon), Asamoah Gyan (Ghana), the Current holder of the award Yaya Toure (Ivory Coast), Vincent Enyeama and Ahmed Musa (Nigeria).

There is also an award for the African best player of the year based in Africa.
There names include: The late Senso Meyiwa, Algeria’s Akram Djahnit and El Hedi Belamieri, Firmin Mubel Ndombe (Congo), Fakhereddine Ben Youssef (Tunisia).

African best player for the female category are: Nigeria’s duo of Asisat Oshoala and Desire Oparanozie make the final list, alongside Annette Ngo Ndom of Cameroun, Portia Modise of Banyana Banyana of South Africa and Zenatha Coleman of Namibia.
