Obanikoro, others Resigns from office











Seven Ministers from the cabinet of President Goodluck Jonathan today "Wednesday" resign from
office in order to persue their ambition in the forthcoming 2015 general election. The Seven Ministers are to forward their resignation letters to the government.


















The seven ministers, according to the President, are Mr. Labaran Maku (Information); Prof. Onyebuchi Chukwu (Health); Mr. Nyesom Wike (State, Education); Samuel Ortom (State, Industry, Trade and Investment); Senator Musiliu Obanikoro (State, Defence); Mr. Darius Ishaku (State, Niger Delta) and Chief Emeka Wogu (Labour).

They are to contest for the governorship elections in their various states which will  be coming up February next year
