Janel Parrish & Val Chmerkovskiy were caught kissing and holding each
other hands at a Halloween party in Los Angeles. It was said that, the two are not dating not to talk of couple.

The Halloween party took place at Beverly Hilss on October 24, 2014. The pair kiss themselves in front of everybody that was present there in which they can't keep their hands off of each other.

 It was like the two are couple at the party, in which they put on almost the same design of cloth.

Janel Parrish put on sexy cat outfit with cat ears on her head while Val Chmerkovskiy also wore cat ears, but he left his shirt open.
